Accelevation’s Warranty Policy – Effective June 4, 2025

Warranty Coverage

Accelevation offers two warranty periods on products it manufactures based on the installation method:

  • One-Year Warranty (Parts Only)
Customers who choose to self-install Accelevation-manufactured products receive a one-year limited warranty, covering replacement of defective parts at no cost. This coverage begins on the date of shipment, as indicated on the shipping paperwork, and applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use.
  • Two-Year Extended Warranty (Parts & Labor)
When we perform installation service of Accelevation-manufactured parts, we provide an extended two-year warranty, covering both parts and labor. This ensures that any defects in materials or workmanship will be addressed for a full two years.  This coverage beings on the date of shipment, as indicated on the shipping paperwork, and applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use.

Limited Warranty Terms

Accelevation warrants all labor performed and Accelevation-manufactured materials installed at the job site. If an Accelevation-manufactured product is determined to have defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product or its components. This limited warranty grants specific legal rights, which may vary by state or province, and does not override any statutory rights you may have.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage or defects caused by: shipping, improper installation, modifications, accidents, misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, or the use of non-Accelevation replacement parts.
  • Failure to follow installation or maintenance guidelines provided by Accelevation.
  • Use of harsh cleaning agents containing calcium hypochlorite (chlorine), abrasive powders, or scouring pads.
  • Routine maintenance costs or normal wear and tear.
  • Removal, transportation, labor, or reinstallation costs incurred by the customer to obtain warranty service.
  • Consequential or incidental damages, which are expressly disclaimed.
  • Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, which are expressly excluded.
  • Compliance with local building codes, as these vary by location. Customers, contractors, and distributors are responsible for ensuring that Accelevation products meet their local regulations.
  • Products not manufactured by Accelevation.  In the event Accelevation resells or installs a product manufactured by another company, Accelevation’s act of reselling or installing such product does not extend the original manufacturer’s warranty.
