Speak Up: Reporting Business Conduct Concerns

We encourage employees and other stakeholders to speak up if they become aware of conduct that may violate the law, Accelevation policy, ethical standards, or our expectations for responsible business conduct. Reportable concerns may include fraud, conflicts of interest, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, safety concerns, financial misconduct, misuse of company assets, or other conduct inconsistent with Accelevation’s values.

Reports may be submitted on an anonymous or disclosed basis. All concerns are reviewed carefully and handled with appropriate confidentiality and discretion. Accelevation strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith, seeks guidance, or participates in an investigation.
