Michael Rubiera is the President/CEO and Founder of Accelevation. Prior to starting Accelevation, Michael was the Chief Commercial Officer of Senneca Holdings, a specialty industrial door company owned by private equity group Audax. At Senneca, Michael led the sales, marketing, customer service, and product development efforts. During his time at Senneca, Michael played a key role in the acquisition and integration of 16 companies in a period of 18 months as well as the successful sale of Senneca from Audax to Kohlberg for $555 million.

While also spending considerable time in key leadership roles in Fortune 100 companies like Valspar, Ecolab and General Mills, Michael has also successfully launched 8 start-ups, has three patents, and acquired 22 companies. Michael received his MBA from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and his BA from the College of William and Mary.

Outside of Accelevation, Michael and his wife Shawn spend their time with their family, restoring a centuries old 56-acre farm and taking care of their many farm animals. He also enjoys playing guitar and woodworking.

Chip Hillman is the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Accelevation, Chip was the Chief Financial Officer at Corsearch, an international software company providing trademark and brand solutions to legal professionals. Before his role as CFO, Chip operated as Corsearch's Chief Transformation Officer, accelerating the company’s growth into new markets and solutions through the successful acquisition and integration of 8 companies.

Chip has over 15 years experience in leadership positions in finance, M&A, and strategy with private equity held companies including: Senneca Holdings, Vertafore, and Reynolds & Reynolds. He has played integral roles in inorganic growth and financial strategy, leading over 20 acquisitions and completing two successful sale transactions while at Corsearch and Senneca Holdings. He earned an MBA from San Diego State University and B.S. from the University of Toledo.

Chip is a Dayton native, where he lives with his wife and two sons. Outside of work he enjoys coaching his son’s youth sports, traveling, and is an amateur sneakerhead.

Ericka Harrison is the Senior Vice President of Operations. She has a Master's in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Evansville, where she excelled both academically and athletically as a Division 1 Student Athlete. Ericka has over 15 years’ experience in leadership positions in Supply Chain. Most recently, Ericka was the Senior Operations Manager at Amazon Fulfillment, where she oversaw a state-of-the-art fulfillment center equipped with cutting-edge technology and robotics. Ericka oversaw the launch of the world's largest Amazon field project, the Amazon Air Hub, where she daily served over 1.2 million customers and orchestrated 66 cargo flights through the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). Ericka also worked for GE Aerospace, building the foundation of her supply chain expertise.

Ericka is a devoted mother of three, twin daughters and a son, who are all a source of joy and inspiration in her life. Ericka and her husband Vince are proud natives of Cincinnati, and they enjoy the outdoors, swimming, and playing sports together.

Darrell Reynolds is the Chief Commercial Officer of Accelevation.  With over 30 years in telecommunications and datacenters, Darrell brings unique insights into the evolution of datacenter design and construction.  From helping to build the internet's backbone with MCI Telecommunications in the 90's to pioneering migration methodologies in the 2000's, Darrell has varied industry experiences and a foundational understanding of all aspects of datacenter operations.  

Darrell was instrumental in establishing Accelevation's EFO and installation offerings under the brand Instor, and since acquisition has continued to play an integral role in developing the top tier talent that delivers our product to market.  Darrell's focus is to continually improve rapid and efficient deployment strategies to accelerate client implementations at hyperscale and streamline their path to revenue.  

Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, Darrell is an Air Force veteran, having maintained electronic warfare systems on B-52 aircraft in support of Desert Storm.  His personal interests include classical literature, baseball and music.  When he's not working, Darrell enjoys writing songs and playing guitar and piano.  He lives on a small ranch in Weatherford, TX where he and his wife of 18 years, Deborah, raise Hereford cows and fight the Texas elements to garden.

Shawn Rubiera is a Founding Partner and Vice President of Expansion at Accelevation. 

Previously, Shawn has worked in several nonprofit organizations, start-ups and in the social entrepreneurship center at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector and is passionate about building strong and vibrant connections between businesses and their communities.

Shawn has worked in both international health organizations and in corporate philanthropy. She received a BA in International Studies from Bowling Green State University.

She and her family live outside of Cincinnati, OH.

Chandler Martin is the Chief of Staff. Chandler is an experienced people and operations leader with over 15 years of experience spanning technology, operations, and human capital. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Chandler began his career at Red Ventures, where he held a range of leadership roles across sales, workforce management, and human capital — ultimately serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO of a $2 billion private company.

Before joining Accelevation, Chandler spent five years at Zocdoc, a leading health-technology company, where he served as Senior Director of People. In that role, he led a 25-person global organization across Recruiting, Learning & Development, and Workplace Experience, helping the company scale and double in size. He partnered with executives on organization design, talent strategy, and leadership transitions, and built core people infrastructure including job-leveling frameworks, talent evaluation systems, and tailored leadership development programs.

Chandler and his wife live with their two daughters and are excited to call the Dayton area home. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music, cooking, and traveling.

Geri Morgan is the Chief People Officer of Accelevation. With 20 years in HR experience, Geri has a passion for creating People & Talent teams during times of scale and transformation. 

Most of her career has been in high-growth tech and manufacturing companies. Most recently while at Intellum, she made engagement and retention her top priorities, implementing innovative employee benefits and award-winning development programs. 

Born and raised in Ohio, Geri graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a focus on HR Management. She's married to her husband, Matt, for 13 years, and has three amazing kids. When she's not cheering on her kids or jamming to Taylor Swift, you can find her spiking volleyballs in a women’s league or diving into a good book with my monthly Book Club.

Nate Carroll serves as President of Power Solutions at Accelevation, where he leads the development, manufacturing, and growth of low voltage power distribution systems for data centers and other mission-critical power applications. 

With over 17 years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure and factory operations, Nate previously founded and led a power equipment company focused on delivering flexible, high-density solutions before it was acquired by Accelevation. He is passionate about simplifying complex systems and building scalable platforms that support rapid deployment. Nate actively supports manufacturing growth across Virginia, Ohio, and surrounding regions, working alongside industry partners and local talent to strengthen domestic capabilities. 

Outside of work, he and his wife are restoring a historic farmhouse, experimenting with sustainable living practices, and always finding something to tinker with.
 

Jeremy Harrell is the Head of Steel Fabrication & Integration. Jeremy founded SteelPro in 2018 and quickly established the company as a trusted provider of structural steel solutions for the data center, commercial, industrial, and material-handling sectors. Under his leadership, SteelPro built a reputation for precision, reliability, and craftsmanship — earning the confidence of leading contractors and operators across the Southeast.

With decades of combined experience in steel design, engineering, detailing, fabrication, and installation, SteelPro now adds deep end-to-end steel fabrication expertise to the Accelevation family. Together, the teams are even better equipped to deliver modular infrastructure with the speed, quality, and scale that the world’s most advanced data centers demand.

Jeremy and his wife, Vicki, reside in Mississippi, where SteelPro was proudly founded and continues to grow as part of Accelevation’s expanding U.S. manufacturing network.

Houston Rieger is the Senior Vice President of Solutions Engineering at Accelevation, where he leads the strategic design, engineering, and implementation of large-scale infrastructure solutions across the data center industry. With over a decade of experience, Houston has played a pivotal role in delivering several hundred megawatts of white space fit-outs, including complex electrical and telecom systems, for some of the most demanding environments in the U.S.

Before joining Accelevation, Houston held multiple leadership roles at Instor Solutions, including Project Manager, Solutions Engineer, and Director of Solutions. During his tenure, he was instrumental in scaling the company’s engineering capabilities and delivering mission-critical infrastructure for hyperscale and enterprise clients.

Houston also served in a national account leadership role at Cam-Dex Security, where he supported Fortune 500 companies and numerous state and federal government agencies with advanced security and access control solutions. His career began in Denver, Colorado, managing service delivery for colocation data centers, where he oversaw major customer migrations and the installation of over 100MW of new white space.

Houston studied at Webster University in St. Louis before launching into a decade-long career in data center infrastructure and solutions engineering. His work has helped shape the growth trajectories of multiple organizations in the data center and security sectors.

He lives in St. Louis, Missouri with his wife, daughter and two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, writing and playing music, and watching and playing sports.

Mahdiyar (Matty) Akhaven is the Chief Technology Officer of Accelevation and brings over a decade of experience in mission critical power solutions. Prior to joining Accelevation, Matty founded and developed Earnest Solutions LLC, a power distribution consultancy, integrator, and value engineering power solution provider.   

Matty has extensive experience designing and implementing optimum power distribution and control systems for data center, healthcare, industrial and government projects. He holds a Bachelor and Master Electrical power engineering as well as Master graduate certificate in system engineering and master’s degree in computer software engineering. After 23 years of engineering journey from designing infrastructure to product side in the evolving markets, his desire to solve the obstacles in power distribution never reduced.

Outside of work Matty enjoys spending time with his wife and his little daughter. Exploring playgrounds! And look for new scavenger hunt places. He also enjoys Travel and discovers new destinations with family.

Mike Jurek is the General Counsel. Mike brings over 17 years of legal expertise to our team, with a strong background in both private practice and corporate law. Before joining Accelevation, Mike served as the Assistant General Counsel at Fuyao Glass America, one of the world’s largest automotive glass manufacturers, where he played a key role in managing complex legal matters and strategic business initiatives.

Throughout his career, Mike has demonstrated a deep understanding of business litigation and corporate law, having worked in private practice as a business litigator and served as a Federal Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Michael J. Newman at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Mike earned his J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2007, where he was an Associate Editor of The Ohio State Law Journal, and holds a B.A. from Denison University, earned in 2004.

Sai Yerrapathruni is the Chief Delivery Officer at Accelevation. With a background in construction, electrical infrastructure, and large-scale program delivery, Sai brings a track record of driving growth through disciplined execution and strong client partnerships. His career spans multi-regional operations, strategic expansion, and building high performing teams across the built environment.  

Before joining Accelevation, Sai served as President of Carr & Duff, where he led more than 300 team members and helped deliver notable gains in both revenue and EBITDA. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President at Rycon Construction, where he launched and expanded a new regional office that quickly grew into a major contributor to the business. Earlier roles include project and client leadership positions at Aegis Property Group, Skanska USA Building, and Turner Construction, where he began his career in field operations, project management, and preconstruction.  

Sai holds a Master of Science in Architectural Engineering from Penn State and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from NIT Calicut, along with executive education from Wharton focused on strategic execution and private equity.  

Outside of work, Sai is committed to community service. He has served as a volunteer firefighter and on several boards, including YouthBuild Charter School and AMFP. He is also a member of the Carpenters Company of Philadelphia. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and giving back to the communities he has been part of throughout his career.
