Michael Rubiera
Chief Executive Officer & FounderMichael Rubiera serves as the President/CEO and Founder of Accelevation. Prior to starting Accelevation, Michael was the Chief Commercial Officer of Senneca Holdings, a specialty industrial door company owned by private equity group Audax. At Senneca, Michael led the sales, marketing, customer service, and product development efforts. During his time at Senneca, Michael played a key role in the acquisition and integration of 16 companies in a period of 18 months as well as the successful sale of Senneca from Audax to Kohlberg for $555 million.
While also spending considerable time in key leadership roles in Fortune 100 companies like Valspar, Ecolab and General Mills, Michael has also successfully launched 8 start-ups, has three patents, and acquired 30+ companies. Michael received his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his BA from the College of William and Mary.
Outside of Accelevation, Michael and his wife Shawn spend their time with their family, restoring a centuries old 56-acre farm and taking care of their many farm animals. He also enjoys playing guitar and woodworking.
Ken Krause
Chief Financial OfficerKen Krause serves as Chief Financial Officer of Accelevation, where he leads the company's Finance, Legal, and Information Technology organizations. In this role, he is responsible for building the infrastructure, governance, and financial capabilities required to support Accelevation's continued growth and long-term strategic objectives.
Ken brings extensive financial, strategic, and operational leadership experience spanning both public company and capital markets environments. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rollins, Inc., where he helped strengthen the finance organization, enhance investor transparency, optimize capital structure, and support the company's long-term growth strategy. Prior to Rollins, Ken held several senior leadership positions with MSA Safety, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Treasurer. Earlier in his career, he worked in public accounting with KPMG.
Throughout his career, Ken has built high-performing finance organizations, led strategic transformation initiatives, and created long-term shareholder value. His leadership and experience will play a critical role as Accelevation continues to scale its operations, strengthen its market position, and execute its next phase of growth.
Outside of work, Ken enjoys spending time with his family. He is an avid golfer who also enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time outdoors.
Brent Jewell
Chief Operating OfficerBrent Jewell serves as Chief Operating Officer of Accelevation, where he leads the company's Operations, Field/Service, Supply Chain, Preconstruction, and Safety organizations. In this role, he is responsible for driving operational excellence, scalability, and execution across the business to support Accelevation's continued growth.
Brent brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, industrial products, commercial construction, supply chain, and business transformation. Most recently, he served as President of the Architectural Glass Segment of Apogee Enterprises, where he was responsible for the strategic, financial, and operational performance of the business. Previously, he served as President of Apogee's Architectural Framing Systems business and as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, leading enterprise strategy, growth initiatives, and transformation efforts across the company. Prior to Apogee, Brent held senior leadership positions with The Valspar Corporation and earlier served in sales, marketing, and general management roles with NewPage Corporation.
Brent earned his MBA from the University of Michigan and his Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University.
Outside of work, Brent enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and dog. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys boating, fishing, golfing, exercising, and cheering on his beloved University of Michigan Wolverines. Go Blue!
Chip Hillman
Chief Transformational OfficerChip Hillman serves as Chief Transformational Officer of Accelevation, where he leads strategic initiatives, operational improvement efforts, enterprise transformation programs, and mergers and acquisitions activities. In this role, he focuses on driving organizational effectiveness, accelerating growth, and supporting the company's long-term strategic objectives.
Prior to joining Accelevation, Chip served as Chief Financial Officer of Corsearch, a global software company providing trademark and brand protection solutions to legal professionals. Before becoming CFO, he served as Corsearch's Chief Transformation Officer, where he helped accelerate the company's growth through the successful acquisition and integration of eight companies, expanding both its market presence and solution portfolio.
Chip brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in finance, strategy, transformation, and M&A within private equity-backed organizations, including Corsearch, Senneca Holdings, Vertafore, and Reynolds & Reynolds. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in inorganic growth and financial strategy, leading more than 20 acquisitions and helping execute two successful company sale transactions.
Chip earned his MBA from San Diego State University and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toledo.
A Dayton native, Chip lives with his wife and two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth sports, traveling with his family, and pursuing his passion as an amateur sneaker enthusiast.
Ericka Harrison
Senior Vice President of OperationsEricka Harrison serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Accelevation, where she leads operational execution, manufacturing performance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. In this role, she is focused on scaling operations, driving efficiency, and supporting the company's rapid growth.
Ericka brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in supply chain and operations management. Most recently, she served as Senior Operations Manager at Amazon Fulfillment, where she oversaw a highly automated fulfillment center leveraging advanced technology and robotics. She also played a key leadership role in launching the Amazon Air Hub, one of the largest field projects in the company's history, supporting more than 1.2 million customers daily and coordinating 66 cargo flights through the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). Earlier in her career, Ericka worked at GE Aerospace, where she developed the foundation of her expertise in supply chain, operations, and process improvement.
Ericka earned a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Evansville, where she distinguished herself both academically and athletically as a Division I student-athlete.
Outside of work, Ericka enjoys spending time with her husband, Vince, and their three children, twin daughters and a son. Proud Cincinnati natives, they enjoy the outdoors, swimming, and staying active through sports and family activities.
Darrell Reynolds
Chief Commercial OfficerDarrell Reynolds serves as Chief Commercial Officer of Accelevation, where he leads the company's commercial strategy, customer engagement, and go-to-market execution. With more than 30 years of experience spanning telecommunications, data centers, and critical infrastructure, Darrell brings a deep understanding of the evolution of data center design, construction, and operations.
Throughout his career, Darrell has played a key role in helping organizations deploy and scale mission-critical infrastructure. From helping build the backbone of the internet during his time with MCI Telecommunications in the 1990s to pioneering data center migration methodologies in the 2000s, he has developed a broad perspective across all aspects of the industry. Darrell was also instrumental in establishing Accelevation's EFO and installation offerings under the Instor brand and, following the company's acquisition, continued to build and develop the high-performing teams responsible for delivering customer solutions. Today, his focus is on advancing rapid and efficient deployment strategies that help hyperscale and enterprise customers accelerate implementation timelines and achieve faster paths to revenue.
Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Darrell is a United States Air Force veteran who maintained electronic warfare systems on B-52 aircraft in support of Operation Desert Storm.
Outside of work, Darrell enjoys spending time with his wife, Deborah, on their ranch in Weatherford, Texas. An avid student of classical literature, baseball, and music, he also enjoys writing songs and playing both guitar and piano. Together, he and Deborah raise Hereford cattle and enjoy the challenges and rewards of ranching and gardening in the Texas climate.
Shawn Rubiera
Co-Founder + Vice President of Workplace Strategy & ExperienceShawn Rubiera is a Co-Founder and Vice President of Workplace Strategy & Experience at Accelevation. In this role, she helps shape the company's culture, employee experience, workplace initiatives, and community engagement efforts, ensuring Accelevation remains a destination employer as it continues to grow.
Prior to joining Accelevation, Shawn worked across nonprofit organizations, start-up ventures, and higher education, including roles within the social entrepreneurship center at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. She brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, corporate philanthropy, and community development, with a passion for building meaningful connections between businesses and the communities they serve.
Throughout her career, Shawn has worked with both international health organizations and corporate philanthropy programs, helping organizations create positive social impact while advancing their broader missions.
Shawn earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Bowling Green State University.
She and her family live outside Cincinnati, Ohio, where they enjoy being active in their community and supporting local initiatives.
Chandler Martin
Chief of StaffChandler Martin serves as Chief of Staff at Accelevation, where he partners with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional alignment across the business. In this role, he helps accelerate execution, supports enterprise-wide priorities, and fosters the people and operational infrastructure needed to support the company's continued growth.
Chandler is an experienced people and operations leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning technology, operations, and human capital management. He began his career at Red Ventures, where he held a variety of leadership roles across sales, workforce management, and human capital before ultimately serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO of a $2 billion private company.
Prior to joining Accelevation, Chandler spent five years at Zocdoc, a leading health technology company, where he served as Senior Director of People. In that role, he led a 25-person global organization spanning Recruiting, Learning & Development, and Workplace Experience, helping the company scale and double in size. He partnered closely with executive leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, leadership transitions, and workforce planning, while building foundational people programs including job-leveling frameworks, talent evaluation systems, and leadership development initiatives.
Chandler earned his degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Sai Yerrapathruni
Senior Vice President of ServiceSai Yerrapathruni serves as Senior Vice President of Service at Accelevation, where he leads field operations and delivery execution across the company's mission-critical infrastructure projects. In this role, he is responsible for scaling field operations capabilities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring consistent, high-quality project execution for customers deploying next-generation data center and mission-critical infrastructure.
Sai brings extensive experience in construction, electrical infrastructure, operational leadership, and large-scale project delivery within complex, high-growth environments. Throughout his career, he has led multi-regional teams, implemented operational improvements, and built strong client partnerships across the construction and infrastructure industries.
Prior to joining Accelevation, Sai served as President of Carr & Duff. He also held leadership positions with Rycon Construction, Skanska, and Turner Construction Company, building a broad foundation in operations management, project execution, business leadership, and customer engagement.
Sai's leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to execution excellence play an important role in supporting Accelevation's continued growth and helping customers accelerate deployment timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Sai is based near Philadelphia. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying actively involved in the communities and organizations he has supported throughout his career.
Melissa Clack
Chief Information OfficerMelissa Clack serves as Chief Information Officer at Accelevation, where she leads the enterprise technology platform supporting the company's growth, operational performance, and long-term scalability. In this role, she oversees enterprise IT strategy, business systems, cybersecurity, and technology infrastructure initiatives that enable operational efficiency and support the company's continued expansion.
Melissa brings extensive experience leading technology organizations across manufacturing, healthcare, and technology-driven businesses. Prior to joining Accelevation, she served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at FARO Technologies, where she led enterprise IT strategy for a global manufacturing organization and drove improvements across business applications, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held senior technology leadership roles at CareSource and Covetrus, leading enterprise technology programs, governance initiatives, and large-scale systems modernization efforts.
Throughout her career, Melissa has built and led high-performing technology organizations, helping businesses leverage technology to improve operational performance, enhance decision-making, and support sustainable growth.
Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Wright State University.

Nate Carroll
Senior Vice President of PowerNate Carroll serves as Senior Vice President of Power at Accelevation, where he leads the development, manufacturing, and growth of low-voltage power distribution systems for data centers and other mission-critical applications. In this role, he is responsible for advancing the company's power portfolio, driving innovation, and scaling manufacturing capabilities to support customer demand and long-term growth.
With more than 17 years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure and factory operations, Nate brings deep expertise in power systems, product development, manufacturing, and operational leadership. Prior to joining Accelevation, he founded and led a power equipment company focused on delivering flexible, high-density power solutions for critical environments. Following its acquisition by Accelevation, Nate has continued to play a key role in expanding the company's power capabilities and supporting the evolution of next-generation infrastructure solutions.
Known for simplifying complex systems and building scalable platforms, Nate is passionate about developing products and processes that enable rapid deployment, operational efficiency, and long-term reliability. He also actively supports manufacturing growth across Virginia, Ohio, and surrounding regions, partnering with industry leaders and local talent to strengthen domestic manufacturing capabilities.
Outside of work, Nate and his wife enjoy restoring a historic farmhouse, exploring sustainable living practices, and tackling a wide variety of hands-on projects. Whether improving their property or experimenting with new ideas, Nate is always finding something to build, fix, or refine.
Jeremy Harrell
Senior Vice President of Fabrication SolutionsJeremy Harrell serves as Senior Vice President of Fabrication Solutions at Accelevation, where he leads the company's structural steel and fabrication operations supporting mission-critical infrastructure projects across North America. In this role, he is responsible for advancing fabrication capabilities, driving operational excellence, and supporting the delivery of integrated infrastructure solutions at scale.
Jeremy founded SteelPro in 2018 and quickly established the company as a trusted provider of structural steel solutions for the data center, commercial, industrial, and material-handling sectors. Under his leadership, SteelPro earned a reputation for precision, reliability, and craftsmanship, becoming a valued partner to leading contractors and operators throughout the Southeast.
With extensive experience spanning steel design, engineering, detailing, fabrication, and installation, Jeremy has helped build a business known for delivering complex projects with speed and quality. Following SteelPro's integration into Accelevation, he continues to play a key role in expanding the company's vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities and strengthening its ability to deliver modular infrastructure solutions for the world's most advanced data centers.

Houston Rieger
Senior Vice President of Solutions EngineeringHouston Rieger serves as Senior Vice President of Solutions Engineering at Accelevation, where he leads the strategic design, engineering, and implementation of large-scale infrastructure solutions for the data center industry. In this role, he works closely with customers to develop innovative, scalable solutions that support the rapid deployment of mission-critical infrastructure.
With more than a decade of experience in data center infrastructure, Houston has played a pivotal role in delivering several hundred megawatts of white space fit-outs, including complex electrical and telecommunications systems, for some of the most demanding data center environments in the United States. His expertise spans solutions engineering, project execution, customer engagement, and large-scale infrastructure deployment.
Prior to joining Accelevation, Houston held multiple leadership positions with Instor Solutions, including Project Manager, Solutions Engineer, and Director of Solutions. During his tenure, he was instrumental in expanding the company's engineering capabilities and delivering mission-critical infrastructure projects for hyperscale and enterprise customers. Earlier in his career, Houston served in a national account leadership role at Cam-Dex Security, supporting Fortune 500 companies and state and federal government agencies with advanced security and access control solutions. He began his career in Denver, Colorado, managing service delivery for colocation data centers and overseeing major customer migrations and the deployment of more than 100 megawatts of new white space infrastructure.
Houston studied at Webster University in St. Louis before launching his career in data center infrastructure and solutions engineering. Throughout his career, he has helped drive growth, innovation, and successful project delivery across multiple organizations within the data center and security industries.
Houston lives in the St. Louis area with his wife, daughter, and two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, writing and playing music, and watching and playing sports.

Chief Technology OfficerMahdiyar (Matty) Akhavan serves as Chief Technology Officer at Accelevation, where he leads the company's technology strategy, product innovation, and engineering initiatives across mission-critical power and infrastructure solutions. In this role, he is responsible for advancing Accelevation's technology roadmap, driving product development, and helping customers address the evolving challenges of next-generation digital infrastructure.
Matty brings more than two decades of engineering and technology leadership experience focused on mission-critical power systems and electrical infrastructure. Prior to joining Accelevation, he founded Earnest Solutions LLC, a power distribution consultancy, systems integrator, and value-engineering solutions provider. Through his work, he developed extensive expertise in designing and implementing optimized power distribution and control systems for data center, healthcare, industrial, and government environments.
Throughout his career, Matty has remained focused on solving complex challenges in power distribution and infrastructure design. His experience spans the full lifecycle of engineering innovation, from designing critical infrastructure systems to developing advanced technology solutions and products that improve performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Matty holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Electrical Power Engineering, a graduate certificate in Systems Engineering, and a master's degree in Computer Software Engineering.
Outside of work, Matty enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, exploring new destinations, discovering local parks and playgrounds, and embarking on the occasional scavenger hunt adventure. He loves traveling with his family and is always eager to experience new places, cultures, and perspectives.
Mike Jurek
General CounselMike Jurek serves as General Counsel at Accelevation, where he leads the company's legal strategy, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management functions. In this role, he provides legal guidance across the organization, supporting business growth, strategic initiatives, commercial transactions, and corporate operations.
Mike brings more than 17 years of legal experience spanning private practice, corporate law, litigation, and judicial service. Prior to joining Accelevation, he served as Assistant General Counsel at Fuyao Glass America, one of the world's largest automotive glass manufacturers, where he advised business leaders on complex legal matters, commercial agreements, regulatory issues, and strategic initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Mike practiced as a business litigator, representing clients in a wide range of commercial disputes and corporate matters. He also served as a Federal Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Newman of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, gaining valuable experience in federal litigation and judicial decision-making.
Mike earned his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of The Ohio State Law Journal. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University.
