The Challenge: Phase One spans 8 buildings, each with 4 data halls + a network room, adjacent to an active on‑site power plant. The schedule is unprecedented, the complexity relentless, and the stakes high, powering next‑gen AI that supports scientific advancement and national security.

- Broke down silos (HAC, electricians, conveyance, grounding) into one integrated team

- Standardized playbook: sequencing, QA/commissioning, cross‑functional support between scopes
- Promoted talent from within (e.g., Zack McPherson → Director of Electrical – Central) to lead critical electrical scope

28 Turn-key pods delivery in 1 month
The Challenge: Cloud computing data center needed 28 pods with full structure, containment and power in 1 month.
The Solution: Leveraged in-house make, stage and ship; deployed multiple install and EFO teams.
- Week 1: Structure and containment rushed to the site. 2 full installation crews were deployed to the site. Working from opposite ends of the data hall, these technicians set steel, installed panels, and assembled HAC doors for each rack
- Week 2: Low-voltage technicians deployed to set conveyance and run fiber, working behind the install techs
- Week 3: Electricians began power fit-out and testing
- Week 4: All teams finished up and certified their work for hand-off
