The Solution:  Accelevation Solutions Engineering adapted our TechFrame structure system to integrate fully into the allowable space and accommodate specific customer needs. Using powder-coated 4x4 HSS (Hollow Structural Steel) and highly adaptable overhead conveyance, the floor-mounted system is robust and flexible to accommodate liquid cooling weight, organized fiber and structured cabling. High structural integrity required fewer support pillars for each row and allowed for additional server racks in each pod. Direct to chip technical water loop piping was routed inside the cold aisle, thanks to TechFrame’s ability to bear up to 400 lbs per linear foot.

Meanwhile, Accelevation custom-designed and manufactured containment panels allow full sliding access to critical overhead infrastructure, while firmly standing up to a fully pressurized AI HAC environment. Panels were sized, framed and constructed to move smoothly within deep channels.  Blanking panels were equipped with tool-less quick release panels for easy rack installation over time. 

The complete project was staged, installed and fitted out by Accelevation in-house technicians and electricians.
